Playing Videos

The speed that the video will play is related to your connection speed: broadband connection is recommended. It is possible that the playback may start and stop if the progression catches up with the download.
For those with slower connections, it may be worth pausing the video at beginning of playback until the video is approaching full download for uninterrupted viewing.
High Quality Video

Flash Video (.flv)
A compressed video format using Adobe Flash player, it is currently the format of choice for embedded video content on the internet.

QuickTime (.mov)
A file format developed and supported by Apple for Macintosh computers it is also commonly used on windows systems and other platforms. The standards of encoding used means you can produce/view very high quality video.

Windows Media Video (.wmv)
Developed by Microsoft for the Windows platform, The WMV file can be both streamed and downloaded through the Windows Media player that comes installed with the operating system.
