Environmental Policy
TRL is accredited with the internationally recognised standard ISO 14001. We use a comprehensive set of environmental procedures as part of our Quality Assurance System. This system is applied to all work undertaken by TRL and our sub-contractors and ensures that environmental issues are considered at the earliest opportunity during the planning of work and management of our operations.
Environmental risks are an integral part of risk assessments for our work; they are identified during the initial stage and managed throughout the programme lifecycle, alongside other risks. These procedures are internally audited as part of our Quality Assurance procedures and externally audited by BSI.
