Legform Static Certification Rig
Fully compliant with the static shear and bending certification requirements of the Lower Legform Impactor. It can also be used to calibrate the upper legform torque limiting joint.
This rig includes the following:
- Quick release clamping system for holding the tibia,
- Metal tube lever arm,
- Load cell,
- Hydraulic loading system for shear test,
- Pulling handle for bending applied force
- Powder coated frame bench can be supplied in any colour. Please specify RAL number when ordering if other than black.
This rig will perform the bending test as specified in Paragraph 2.1.4 of Annex VII of the EEVC Working Group 17 report.
Upper Legform Impactor
- The load cell can be used for calibrating the UL bending gauges if a suitable loading frame is provided
- An adapter which assists in the calibration of the torque limiting joint is supplied
