Bus priority measures update (2002-2005)

This issue of Current Topics includes over 65 abstracts of reports, conference papers, books and journal articles which focus on traffic signal priority systems for buses, signal changing technologies, guided busways, bus lanes and their enforcement. Many case studies are included of urban bus priority systems in various countries, including the UK. These items have been selected from the material added to the Transport Research Laboratory's Library Database between 2002 and 2005. Much of the relevant English language published literature from the UK, USA, Australia and Europe is included; some of the non-UK literature is included courtesy of the OECD International Transport Research Documentation (ITRD) database.
