Transport for the disabled and elderly update (2004-2007)

This issue of Current Topics includes over 70 abstracts of reports, conference papers, books and journal articles which focus on the personal mobility of the elderly and disabled, both in the United Kingdom and across the world. Articles are included covering such subjects as accessibility of public transport, including buses, trams, trains and railway stations. Other subjects include legislation, elderly drivers and public transport concessionary fares. These items have been selected from the material added to the Transport Research Laboratory's Library Database between 2004 and 2007.
