‘Suggestions for the Agreement: Making Copenhagen work for transport'
Holger Dalkmann delivered a presentation in an official side event organised by Transport Research Foundation. The event, organised under the Bridging the Gap programme of work, presented recent thinking from transport and climate change experts about how to better link transport and climate change. It also discussed the broader framework required to enable the transport sector to play an integral role in a low carbon future.
‘Mainstreaming Integrated Solutions in Transition Towards a Carbon Free Transport System'
TRL was asked to contribute to this workshop organised by the Technical University of Denmark (DTU). As an invited expert, Holger Dalkmann provided feedback on the transport and climate change work being undertaken at the university.

‘Urban Transport Post Copenhagen'
Holger Dalkmann delivered a presentation at this event organised by the Inter American Development Bank (IDB) and the Bridging the Gap initiative at the ICLEI Climate Lounge. TRL contributed to the ‘mitigation' section of the event, which was organised to discuss ways in which a post 2012 agreement could help developing countries to strengthen their climate change activities.

This event was organised by the International Center for Journalists. Ko Sakamoto gave a briefing to journalists in attendance about how international energy requirements for transport can be met in the future.

‘Financial Incentives for Sustainable, Low Carbon Transport'
Holger Dalkmann talked at this event hosted by the Asian Development Bank (ADB). The event was organised to discuss emerging priorities for ADB's climate investment and capacity building support work. The presentation was given in a session looking at ways in which a low carbon and climate resilient transport sector can be developed in Asian countries.
