Training and Support


Software products can, by their nature, be complex to use.  Although we try to make our products as easy to use as possible, with comprehensive user guides, the chances are that from time to time you'll need more expert assistance.  To help you with this, we offer Maintenance Agreements with all of our main products.  (See Support Options) These are included in the product price for the first year, and then renewed anually.

Customers with Maintenance Agreements can make a technical or modelling enquiry at any time by contacting the TRL Software by phone, e-mail or fax.


All users can look in the Knowledge Base to see if their query is a common one that has already been answered.

The Downloads section contains our patch system for easy-access to the latest releases/patches of our products, which is available only to current maintenance holders.
