Certification Bodies

Note that Certification Bodies may now apply for the pilot exercise.
Certification of Tyre Derived Rubber Material (TDRM) products has the following advantages for producers:
- Certain waste permitting controls relating to used tyres in England and Wales may not apply (see here for more details)
- Assurance to your customers of the highest standards of production
- Use of the industry-recognised certification mark
Producers of Tyre Derived Rubber Material may only be certified by the UKAS accredited Certification Bodies listed below:

Certification Bodies may apply to the scheme owner for authority to operate the Tyre Derived Rubber Materials Certification Scheme. The Certification Scheme document (below) describes in detail the interaction of all parties involved with certified Tyre Derived Rubber Materials including Certification Bodies. This prescribes the method of certification.
