Launched at the 2012 ITS World Congress in Vienna at an introductory offer price of €8000, TRL and TomTom are working together to provide clear, in-depth analyses of congestion hotspots, using TomTom's Congestion Index and TRL expertise to undertake the in-depth analysis. The TRL Congestion Report will contain:
• A map of the top 20 hotspots in a city
• The full list of hotspots marked to show if they are better or worse than during the previous quarter
• Detailed analysis for the top five congestion hotspots
