Dads who drive too fast are putting their children's safety at risk, according to a new survey. The report revealed that 83 per cent of kids said their fathers speed when behind the wheel because they are too impatient and want to get to their destination as quick as they can.
It also found that more than half of dads shout at other motorists and 37 per cent of those quizzed claimed it makes them feel nervous.
David Williams, chief executive of GEM Motoring Assist, who are behind the findings, remarked: "It is important to make your kids feel safe in the car and more importantly it is vital your children are safe in the car!"
