The government-backed self-regulatory body for the automotive industry has received 10,000 responses to a survey designed to establish a list of the safest garages to use in the country.Motor Codes has revealed that motorists have provided it with independent feedback on the experiences they have had at the garages that subscribe with the body across the country.
The findings of the survey found an overall satisfaction score of 92 per cent for the garages, with 94 per cent of respondents revealing they would recommend the service they used to friends or family members.
In addition, 95 per cent were happy with the booking process they used, 94 per cent provided good feedback for the quality of service or repair they received and the level of customer service on offer at the garages totalled 94 per cent.
Chris Mason, Managing Director of Motor Codes, said: "As the number of subscribing garages has grown and response rates from motorists have subsequently risen, we've continued to witness the same high level of customer satisfaction, which is great news for motorists."
Motor Codes recently claimed it hopes to increase the credibility of the garages that subscribe to it even further this year.
