TRL continues its global expansion

The Transport Research Laboratory (TRL) has announced its Global Reseller Network software is continuing to expand.

MaxCad and Modelle, based in Romania and Brazil respectively, are the latest two distributors to join its ranks.

TRL offers a wide range of software products that includes developing programmes for customers all over the world.

Gavin Jackman, Head of Traffic and Software at the organisation, said momentum is continuing to build and the appointment of the two new clients is a step forward in establishing contacts in both Brazil and Romania.

He remarked: "It is very satisfying to be able to increase our commitment to existing overseas customers, as we grow our presence in the market globally."

Over the last year, nine new resellers have been selected and negotiations are in progress in the US, Canada, Vietnam, Sri Lanka, Russia and the Nordic countries.

The World Bank recently awarded TRL an 18-month project to create a sustainability toolkit for transport schemes.
