Russian Version of TRL’s TRANSYT Software now available

TRL Software is delighted to announce the official release of a Russian version of their TRANSYT 14.1 software and of TRANSYT Online. Now shipping, this release is available to existing TRANSYT 14 customers (who have an up-to-date paid maintenance contract) free of charge on request.

TRL Software's TRANSYT 14.1 software is an international product, used by hundreds of consultancies and government organisations around the world. TRANSYT 14.1 is an off-line software package for designing, modelling and studying everything from individual isolated junctions to large and complex networks. TRANSYT 14.1 can quickly assess individual junction performance and produce optimum fixed-time co-ordinated traffic signal timings to reduce queues, delays and the economic cost of congestion.

RIPAS is TRL's only authorised partner for TRANSYT Online in Russia and TRL would like to acknowledge the assistance of RIPAS Services in translating both TRANSYT 14 and TRANSYT Online. RIPAS has been a TRL reseller since June 2010 and assists in the selling, support and consultation of TRL's software in the Russian Federation.

The Russian version of TRANSYT 14.1 will assist in broadening TRL Software's customer base and will create the opportunity to improve the knowledge of more transport planners in foreign speaking countries.
