The conference will focus on the need for increased efficiency and collaboration between local authorities and providers alike in the fields of procurement and delivery. This year’s conference includes the opportunity to participate in an industry focused debate: ‘This House believes that road tax should be abandoned and that motorways should be tolled.’ Alternative financing models are forever being sought and investigated and refinement in investment through private finance is very much a focus of discussion.
