Spectroscopic Assessment of Roads at Traffic Speed

This project presents an alternative approach to evaluate changes in asphalt mixtures through the use of infra-red spectroscopic testing and analysis, combined with established and newly developed laboratory test methods. The two year project has made good progress in some difficult areas with plenty of conclusions and ideas for future work.
