Established in 1933 as the UK government’s Road Research Laboratory, the renamed TRL was privatised in 1996. Our headquarters are in Wokingham, our virtual test track is in London, and TRL Technologies is the Indian provider of TRL Software’s world-leading traffic management systems and consultancy services. We work with partners around the globe to improve road safety and deliver infrastructure projects.
