We make a wide range of professional and technical skills training courses available, so TRL people stay up to date and at the cutting edge of their professional capability. We encourage all our employees to explore formal and informal training options - we expect everyone to be hungry for knowledge and take the initiative to drive their careers. Our managers support every TRL employee to make it happen.
Externally accredited training
We have established accredited professional development schemes with IMechE, IET and ICE. We also support employees to achieve professional recognition in other fields, including Finance, Human Resources and Project Management. We are happy to support professional development by reimbursing professional membership fees, because we know the value of engaging with peer groups and specialist thinking through external links.
